Social Behavior Solutions is a locally owned and operated ABA company that seeks to provide the highest quality of ABA services to children and families impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities.
It is our mission to ensure that all children have access to quality care and treatment in Kern County. Social Behavior Solutions was created in response to a need that was seen in Kern County in which many children faced with Autism Spectrum Disorder do not have access to ABA services or are on extended wait lists to receive services.

Social Behavior Solutions was created to give families the services they deserve. At SBS we set ourselves apart and hold our employees to a higher standard of education, conduct, and care. All of our employees undergo extensive training to become a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and receive regular training and supervision from a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). At Social Behavior Solutions we have a heavy focus on in person, BCBA supervision so you can be assured that your child is getting the best clinical recommendations from the professionals with the most experience.
Our Team
Suzanne Schwartz, MS, BCBA, PPS
Clinical Director / Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Schwartz is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Clinical Director of Social Behavior Solutions, LLC. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, after which she pursued her General Education Teaching Credential. Early in her career, Ms. Schwartz taught students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in programs serving at-risk youth while completing her Master of Science in Special Education at California State University, Fullerton.
Ms. Schwartz became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2011 and has since dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through evidence-based behavioral interventions. She has extensive experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across a wide range of settings, including nonpublic schools, group homes, private agencies, clinics, homes, community settings, and public school districts.
In 2017, Ms. Schwartz earned her Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology from La Sierra University.
Ms. Schwartz's areas of expertise include severe challenging behavior, early intervention, functional communication training, verbal behavior, social skills development, parent and caregiver training, staff development and supervision, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), functional behavior assessments (FBAs), functional analyses, school consultation, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She has supported children and adults with complex behavioral and developmental needs across educational, clinical, residential, and community environments.
In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Schwartz has served as an adjunct professor in the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at La Sierra University, teaching coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis and helping prepare future behavior analysts, educators, and special education professionals.
With more than 20 years of experience serving children with disabilities and their families, Ms. Schwartz remains committed to improving quality of life through compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based services. Her professional philosophy centers on collaborating closely with families, educators, and related service providers to promote meaningful, functional, and socially significant outcomes. She is deeply passionate about social justice, disability rights, and ensuring equitable access to high-quality services for all individuals and families.
Courtney Wilson
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Wilson serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Social Behavior Solutions, LLC, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization and supports the continued growth and development of the company's services. She is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining organizational systems, and fostering a positive and productive work environment that supports both employees and the families served by the agency.
Prior to joining Social Behavior Solutions, Ms. Wilson developed an extensive background in food and beverage services, operations management, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed large teams, coordinated complex operations, and implemented systems designed to improve efficiency, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. Her experience leading diverse teams has provided her with a strong foundation in personnel management, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
Ms. Wilson's areas of expertise include human resources, employee relations, talent acquisition, staff retention, onboarding and training, performance management, and leadership development. She is passionate about cultivating a workplace culture that promotes professionalism, collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. She works closely with supervisors and leadership teams to support employee development and ensure staff members have the tools and resources necessary to succeed in their roles.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Wilson plays an integral role in strategic planning, business operations, quality assurance, and organizational growth. She is committed to developing efficient systems that support high-quality service delivery while maintaining a strong focus on employee well-being and professional development. Her leadership helps ensure that Social Behavior Solutions continues to provide exceptional services to children, families, and communities throughout the Central Valley.

Lydia Provencio, B.S.
Senior Assistant Supervisor
Ms. Provencio has dedicated more than 20 years to serving individuals with disabilities and their families. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Studies and is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). She is passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and ensuring access to high-quality, individualized support services that promote independence, communication, and meaningful participation in home, school, and community environments.
Throughout her career, Ms. Provencio has provided services to individuals ranging in age from 1 to 25 years old across educational, home, clinic, and community settings. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with a wide variety of developmental, behavioral, communication, and mental health needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disabilities (ID), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Speech and Language Impairment (SLI), Orthopedic Impairment (OI), Emotional Disturbance (ED), Down Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome (FXS), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Ms. Provencio specializes in verbal behavior programming, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), social skills instruction, social skills groups, adaptive and daily living skills development, and Behavior Skills Training (BST). She is skilled in collaborating with families, educators, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and generalization across settings.
As an Senior Assistant Supervisor, Ms. Provencio provides clinical support, staff training, caregiver coaching, and program implementation oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and completing the requirements to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her commitment to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice reflects her dedication to improving outcomes and quality of life for the individuals and families she serves.
Sandy Orozco, MS, MA
Assistant Supervisor
Ms. Orozco holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master of Arts in Counseling. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for several years, providing direct intervention, caregiver training, program implementation, and clinical support for children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral needs. As a bilingual professional, she is passionate about ensuring that children and families throughout California's Central Valley have access to high-quality, culturally responsive ABA services.
Ms. Orozco has extensive experience in Functional Communication Training (FCT), behavior reduction programming, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, social skills instruction, adaptive living skills development, parent and caregiver coaching, and school-based behavioral consultation. She has supported individuals with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
As an Assistant Supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in training, Ms. Orozco provides clinical support to behavior technicians and families through ongoing supervision, program implementation, staff training, treatment integrity monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. She works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and caregivers to promote skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and meaningful generalization across environments.
Ms. Orozco is currently completing the supervised fieldwork requirements necessary to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her professional interests include early intervention, caregiver empowerment, emotional regulation, functional communication, positive behavior support, and promoting independence through evidence-based practices. She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized services that build upon each learner's strengths while improving communication, adaptive functioning, and overall quality of life.
Kaylinn Drake, MA, CCC
Speech Language Pathologist
Mrs. Drake is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology. She has experience working in both medical and educational settings, providing assessment and intervention services to children and adults across the lifespan.
Mrs. Drake specializes in the evaluation and treatment of communication disorders, including receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication skills. She also provides assessment and intervention for individuals experiencing feeding, eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties. Her clinical approach focuses on developing functional communication skills that enhance independence, social participation, and overall quality of life.
Mrs. Drake is trained in the assessment and implementation of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems and is dedicated to helping individuals with complex communication needs access effective and meaningful methods of communication. She collaborates closely with families, educators, and other service providers to ensure communication strategies are consistently implemented across environments.
As part of the interdisciplinary team at Social Behavior Solutions, Mrs. Drake works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to communication development, social pragmatics, and skill generalization across therapy settings. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, individualized services that support each client's unique strengths and communication goals.
